Is Kompassify supported by all Web Browsers?

Yes, Kompassify cross-browser. Once you have installed kompassify snipped on your website. all created product tours will be displayed to your users no matter what browser they are using.

Why do I need to install the Kompassify builder chrome extension?

Kompassify builder chrome extension allows you to build and preview product tours without changing anything on your website. And once you are satisfied with the result, you can add kompassify code snipped to your website so your users can interact with the tours you build.
Our chrome extension is for building tours only, and your users don't need to add the chrome extension to view your tours.

How are monthly active users calculated ?

MAUs are calculated as the total number of users who sign in to your platform in any given month. We don't charge you for dormant users who may be in your database but don't log any activity during a given month.

Can I display different product tours for different users categories?

Yes, kompassify has a feature to display a product tour based on a keyword that you choose in the page url. So for example in the same webpage you can display an English product tour when the url contains for example "/en" and a french product tour when the url contains "/fr" or you can display a product tour when the URL contains "buyers" and a different one when the url contains "seller".

My webpage have a different url for every different user ? can I still use Kompassify ?

Yes! You can lets say you have a dashboard page with a username in it:

In the tour info settings you can use the feature launch tour when url contains .mywebsite.com/dashboard
